Treatment facilities
Four beautifully decorated treatment rooms, of which 2 are double rooms and 2 single treatment rooms, making up this exclusive day spa where guests come to experience a haven of peace and tranquillity.
Techno gym
For guests who would like to still get their daily exercise whilst staying at Irene Country Lodge, our Techno Gym facilities include a treadmill, stationary bike and weights. With an open-air feel, this facility offers all that is needed to keep up with your training.
Sensational Showers
Hydrotherapy in the form of our sensation showers will ensure that your spa experience is complete. With contrasting temperatures of hot and cold, a sensation shower will stimulate circulation, balance and detoxify the body whilst softening and hydrating the skin. It’s the ultimate in mental and physical relaxation.
Steam room
High humidity and moist heat used in the steam room opens up your pores whilst increasing blood and lymphatic circulation. Our steam room will not only benefit your skin, but it will also aid muscle relaxation, detoxification and help open up your airways, improving breathing and alleviating congestion.
Sauna
The benefits of using a sauna include muscle relaxation which in turn lowers blood pressure. The use of dry heat aids towards the cleansing and refreshing of the body. Nothing beats a feel good sauna session to relieve stress whilst flushing out toxins.
